Yala full day safari and one night beach camping.
After an exciting safari in Yala National Park, you will be taken for a Seafood Barbecue at �Wadiya�. A simple Sri Lankan style beach hut built on a secluded land by the beach. �Wadiya� can sleep 4 people in its house which has 4 single beds with mosquito nets and one attached bathroom. The whole place is lit up in the night using traditional fire lamps used by the fishermen.
Amidst a roaring campfire, a seafood barbecue is prepared. It includes,
Cuttle Fish (Calamari)
And Pineapple as dessert
Typical package starts from when you arrive at Wadiya after the evening safari approximately around 6.30pm. After a refreshing bath you can enjoy the hearty seafood barbecue amidst the campfire over a Sri Lankan Cocktail. A walk on the deserted beach under the stars is an interesting idea if you wish. Following a day you will be served with a continental breakfast. Check out time would be 11AM.
During your stay a 4WD Jeep will be stationed at Wadiya and the package includes transfer from and to Tissamaharama, 1 night stay at Wadiya, Seafood Barbecue Dinner, Continental Breakfast and bed tea/coffee.
Wadiya, is a rustic outfit and has no luxuries. Nature and ambience are the key attractions. If you are a keen enthusiast of feeling the nature and real Sri Lanka you are invited to try this out.
There are 20 Deluxe AC rooms in the new wing of Paradise Beach Club. King size beds, nicely furnished rooms, private balcony/porch, modern restroom facilities are available. The rooms support 2 guests and can be converted as triple, each.
