A sheltered, crystal-clear cove tucked behind the headland - one of the south coast's best snorkelling spots.
Tucked behind the Parrot Rock headland at the western end of Mirissa Beach, Secret Beach is a small, sheltered cove of pale sand that most visitors never find. A short trail over the rocky headland leads to calm, shallow, crystalline water directly above a living coral reef - so snorkelling conditions are excellent and the cove is usually calm.
Bring water and reef-safe sunscreen; there is little shade. It pairs naturally with Parrot Rock next door. Back at Paradise Beach Club you're a short walk away.
The best base for Mirissa - sea-view rooms and suites right on the beach, steps from the harbour and the town.
